UX audit & clarity report
For products that work, but lose users I review the existing product: user flows, onboarding, hierarchy, cognitive load, and UX writing. The deliverable is a report that prioritizes issues and provides actionable recommendations. Useful before any redesign. Best for teams that know something is not working, but do not know exactly what.

Product discovery & structure
For new products or pivots I work with the team to clarify what is being built, who it is for, and how the core flows should work. This includes research, journey mapping, information architecture, and strategic recommendations. Best for founders and product owners with a strong idea but unclear structure.

End-to-end product design
From wireframes to final design Complete design for apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, onboarding flows, and multi-role systems. I include UX writing and development handoff support. Best for small teams that need a senior designer who can work independently.
